Food simply tastes better when combined with a great view. At Brasserie les Etoiles, you can enjoy a range of delicious, local dishes and comfort foods whilst looking out across the Meuse Valley.


We welcome you starting at 8:30 AM, for all-day dining - from breakfast through lunch to dinner (our kitchen remains open until 20:00).

Burgundian Tastes

We’re quite proud of our extensive beer menu. Order a portion of “bitterballen” or a snack platter and let our Belgian brews nourish your palette!

Breakfast

A good day starts with a hearty breakfast, which can be added to your stay for €17,50 per adult and €13,50 per child. You can also get a tasty breakfast box for €15/person. Come and join us for breakfast from 8:30 onwards!

As the leaves turn and the evenings grow cooler, we're bringing a touch of seasonal warmth to our menu. Discover our Autumn Suggestions, a selection of dishes designed to celebrate the flavours of the season, from rich local cheeses to comforting root vegetables and a nod to Halloween along the way.

Get ready for a spook-tacular treat! Join us on 1 November for a fun and delicious Halloween Brunch, the perfect way to spend a morning with family or friends.
