Food simply tastes better when combined with a great view. At Brasserie les Etoiles, you can enjoy a range of delicious, local dishes and comfort foods whilst looking out across the Meuse Valley.
We welcome you starting at 8:30 AM, for all-day dining - from breakfast through lunch to dinner (our kitchen remains open until 20:00).

Burgundian Tastes
We’re quite proud of our extensive beer menu. Order a portion of “bitterballen” or a snack platter and let our Belgian brews nourish your palette!
Breakfast
A good day starts with a hearty breakfast, which can be added to your stay for €17,50 per adult and €13,50 per child. You can also get a tasty breakfast box for €15/person. Come and join us for breakfast from 8:30 onwards!
Important information
We’ll be adjusting the Brasserie’s schedule over the coming weeks, so here’s what to expect:
- Tuesday 3 and Wednesday 4 November: the Brasserie will be closed.
- Tuesday 10 and Wednesday 11 November: we will be open throughout the day. In the evening, we will serve a limited menu.
- From Tuesday 17 November to Wednesday 16 December (inclusive): the Brasserie will be closed every Tuesday and Wednesday.
From then on, we will be fully open again, just in time for the Christmas holidays. We look forward to welcoming you!
